To request a refund, use the refund link in your purchase confirmation email, or email us at support@steadymentors.com with your order number. Refunds are processed through Hotmart and go back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Add-ons you picked at checkout (like Money Mindset Rewire or the printable affirmation cards) are covered too and can be refunded on their own.
This guarantee is about your satisfaction with the product. It is not a promise of any specific personal, financial or emotional result. It doesn't limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
Which products are covered
All our products: Self-Concept Reset, Money Mindset Rewire, the bundle with both, and any add-on you chose at checkout. If we later offer a free starter by email, it costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
How to ask, step by step
- Within 15 days of your purchase, open your purchase confirmation email from Hotmart and use the refund link, or email support@steadymentors.com with your order number.
- You don't need to give a reason.
- Hotmart processes the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund, Hotmart ends your access to the product.
